01Who we are

Luma Market ("we", "us") sells everyday household products wholesale through this website. These terms apply to every order placed on the site. By placing an order you accept them.

02How an order works

You add products to your bag and place an order with your name, mobile number and delivery address. No account is created and no payment is taken on the website.

After you order, our team calls you within one working hour (working days) to confirm stock, address and delivery timing. Your order becomes a confirmed order at the point we agree those details on the call.

Payment is settled directly with our team — at your door on delivery or by UPI/bank transfer, as agreed on the call. If we cannot reach you within two working days, we may cancel the order and let you know.

03Prices and products

Prices shown on the site are current at the time of browsing and are confirmed with you on the confirmation call before dispatch. Product photos are representative; natural materials vary a little, which is rather the point.

If a product is unavailable after you order, we will tell you on the call and remove or substitute it only with your agreement.

04Delivery

Delivery is free on every order. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 working days; the exact window is agreed with you on the confirmation call. Express or click & collect arrangements can be requested on the same call.

Every parcel is tracked and the tracking details are shared with you once it leaves us. Please make sure somebody can receive it in the agreed window.

05Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return any product unused and in its original wrap with tags on. Email your order number to hello@lumamarket.example and we will arrange a prepaid label within the hour on working days.

Refunds are made to the same method you paid with, within 3–5 working days of the parcel landing with us. Faulty or damaged items are always collected at our cost, whatever the timing.

06Your part

Give accurate contact and address details, and be reachable on the mobile number provided so we can confirm your order. That single phone call is what keeps this whole thing account-free and simple.

07Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not responsible for delays caused by events genuinely outside our control.
